Matthew Larrabee is a graduate of UC Berkeley, where he received his A.B. in 1976, and of the UCLA Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning, where he earned the Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in 1982. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Oregon and Washington, with an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
Mr. Larrabee has been appraising real estate in the Northwest for over 20 years. In 2004 Mr. Larrabee founded Real Estate Services Group, Inc. His practice focuses on the valuation of commercial properties and tracts of land, including open space acquisitions and conservation easements. His work includes litigation and eminent domain assignments; clients include government agencies, attorneys, and conservation groups.
Mr. Larrabee has taught real estate classes for the University of Portland, Portland State University, Marylhurst University, and the Appraisal Institute. He has served as president of the Greater Oregon Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
