Our firm\u2019s Commercial and Industrial appraisal work is focused on the Portland metropolitan area. Over the past two decades of commercial valuation experience, Mr. Larrabee has appraised office, retail, multifamily, and industrial real estate. He has consulted on a number of construction defect cases that have resulted in settlements by the opposing sides. He has also testified in Oregon circuit courts and arbitration hearings in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties, and prepared for trial testimony in federal court.<\/span><\/p>\n
