Land and acreage property comes in many forms. This category is the mainstay of our practice and includes farm land, forested tracts, rural estates, and development land. Our farm expertise includes dry and irrigated cropland, orchards, blueberry farms, vineyard-capable land, and nursery parcels. Geographically, our large rural acreage assignments have extended from the coastal areas of Oregon and Washington to the Willamette Valley, and east to the Columbia Gorge and the vast inland areas of eastern Washington and Oregon. Closer to Portland, land appraisals and reviews are more likely to involve central city development parcels, suburban residential, commercial, and industrial development tracts, parkland acquisitions, and the farms of the tri-county metro area. Specialty practice areas include the appraisal of conservation easements, eminent domain, federal land exchange, and reports that are done to Yellow Book (UASFLA) standards. Our clientele includes attorneys, family trusts and estates, public agencies, and conservation land trusts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
